Quick Business Trip To Chicago

Have to go to Chicago for a meeting tomorrow - cheaper to drive a rental car than to fly or drive a personal car, so heading to get the rental and toddle North.

Unfortunately, with a prep dinner tonight and leaving to come home immediately after the meeting tomorrow, there will be no time for visiting. Such is life.

Even more unfortunately, the local movie theater was informed that they can NOT have Harry Potter for the third week as planned, meaning tonight is the last night and I will miss it. We were waiting for crowds to thin, as they have no late-night shows and a theater full of kids can get a bit distracting. My dad and ladyat will be going without me.

Huh? Do you have an amazing car rental deal, or some very weird accounting?

Cheaper for $EMPLOYER - they reimburse .55 per mile for a personal car, total would be around $230. Rental car was about $190 total, including gas.
