The Rain Is In The Wrong Place

Still no rain in Indiana and even the rain barrel is dried up, so garden watering from town water has been needed.
Down here? Rain, then rain, then more rain, and after that - rain.
They are waterlogged in Tampa. Any shipping company want to figure out a way to get this stuff to the midwest where it is needed?
